South Dakota State Jackrabbits Scouting Report

Supposedly the OC is a leading candidate to skip town to Northwestern to be their OC

Oh good. I always like the other team to have distractions. Maybe it has an impact, maybe it doesn't. But it can't hurt.

SDSU- Soft D ick State University Jack offs play in a cupcake division against cupcake teams this year. Oh wow, their QB has amazing stats when facing horrible teams. Cam Miller had better stats than the SDSU QB and then he played the Griz and went 9-22. Our defense is going to do the same to this QB and everyone in the nation will be shocked that these Jack offs end up losing the Natty. Both teams are equal in terms of talent and playmakers. But the biggest difference is going to come with our coaching staff and how much more knowledge they have then SDSU. Montana will out coach this first year HC and his staff and they won't know what hit them. Go GRIZ!!!

#14 Fontes hasn't been having very good games lately and I think he is due as he is talented, might be
the best pure athlete, the other two you'll prepare for, him not so much. I think this game he's an Ace in the Hole!
Griz Win!

This was a tremendous write up, very thorough and accurate. I would add as 2 more players to watch for SDSU are CB's DyShawn Taylor (#5) & Dalys Beanum (#7). Neither are pure lockdown corners, but are still good enough to keep the other teams best receivers relatively in check in single coverage. With your dangerous trio of WR's on offense, their ability to cover 1-on-1 will be a key match up when the Griz are on offense.

I'm confident we'll be prepared for everybody, just like you will.

I suspect that, given all the accolades, press,
predictions, odds-makers, etc. that SDSU may not be taking the Griz seriously. I hope so

Don't think so, they're on a mission to be perfect. They will have to be beaten.

Maybe. I doubt it. I expect SDSU to be focused and prepared. The Griz just need to beat them. Head on. No psy/ops. No mind games. Just beat them on the field. The Griz can do that. May they do just that!

To keep with tradition for the 2023 playoffs, Griz win in 3 overtimes this time.

I’m going to keep with my recent tradition as well…Griz lose by more than the spread. All I know…is SOB, this all had better work, because I am NOT going to the game because for the first time ever, the Griz lost while I was in attendance. I’m turning down the Frisco trip JUST for the team. Also…I will wear my pink socks Friday to work…kept my Griz sign maroon side out…my 10 yo daughter will wear her Griz shirt Sunday…and I picked them to lose this week. Each and every one of those things I have done since flagstaff. LETS GO GRIZ!!!

Everyone has to do their 1/100,000th. I too have had a routine since NAU. No time to change now. Go Griz!

The griz are going to come out and punch the bunnies in the mouth. The game will be so one sided physically that afterwards the furries will demand Gubner and Co. to be tested for steroids.
I can't imagine what Gubner would be like on roids, but it wouldn't be pretty.

Objectively speaking, SDSU is likely individually better than Montana at 16 or 17 starting positions.

Thank god then it’s a team game. The men from Montana find a way: Good Guys 30, SDSU 26

Excellent. Do your 1/100000th! My daughter before bed tonight says…”make sure you wear your pink socks tomorrow!”
Raising them right!

I have been hearing things along the like that sdsu head coach Jimmy rodgers is on the wish list of the minnesota golden gophers for their DC. Opening, mind you it's just a rumor so far.

Between this and their oc. Being the leading contender for the oc at northwestern wildcats and possibly the jacks qb gronowski following him to Evanston it could be a wild ride this off season for sdsu.

Fwiw the head coach at northwestern is David Braun former DC at ndsu so he is very familiar of what's happening at sdsu.

SDSU does not win last year if NDSU hadn't lost KEY players to the portal and injuries. Think Florida State this year vs Georgia.
Everyone has made the rabbits into something they are not; and that is a dominant giant killing program.
Montana is a giant killer and has a history of such.

Hoops/Playa. What's your prediction for the score?

He did a pretty amazing job at Northwestern after inheriting a total mess.
