1. This is a young team.
2. Hauck gave the team a chance to step on their throat by going for it on fourth-and-one inside the WIU ten.
3. This team played much better than the last Griz team that played at WIU.

The punt return for a TD was a killer. If the Griz can bounce back, this game may prove to be a motivating factor going forward.

Not that I think it will happen this year but a rematch in the playoffs and some vindication would be sweet. They will have a trip to WaGriz in a few years for the other half of the home and home as well.
