Jpun. Now you're attack JJ's attorney and his strategy? I have an idea, let's let this all play out in court and before an unbiased jury. There's a lot to be said and a lot to be seen before this is all over.
That being said, you must admit JJ and the Griz humbled your magnificent QB when they last play head to head. Hell, he could only muster 16 points per game in his last three games if my feeble memory serves me correctly. DM is good just not a great as the bobcats think he is.

Of course JJ humbled the Cats. JJ is a great player and when I say I hope he never plays against us again I mean it strictly in a football sense. That pass he dropped in the south endzone was a thing of beauty, even for a Cat fan.

Our magnificent QB has won 30 games and has one year left to play. He hasn't lost in your amazing stadium, either. I'm sorry that 16 points is not enough for guys like you and Kem. But at the end of the day, they produced wins against UM and Stony Brook and were ultimately not enough to be a superior team that lost in the championship. 16 points was enough against inferior competition. It was too little against superior competition.

But again, does that make you feel better about the QB situation? If it does, I'll help you play this game all day.

In the final analysis there will only be two items in the trial, her story and his. I'd expect that will be the only real testimony because I'm assuming there were no witnesses to whatever conversation happened. Thus, the jury is going to have to pick who to believe. Thus a credible accuser is a very bad thing for JJ.

Again, I'm not saying anything about what really happened, only that I wouldn't assume JJ will be back.

Do not be surprised if the Griz sign a drop-down QB following spring practice, especially if JJ does not return. There will be quite a few quality QBs from bigger schools who get beat-out for the starting job in the spring, and who would jump at a chance to start for Montana this fall.

2506 and Jpun really seem to want a guilty verdict for JJ. But then as cats fans I would too. Because I certainly wouldn't want JJ to have even a remote chance of thrashing the cats defense and outshining the great DM like he did the last time.
Let's have a fair trial and let an unbiased jury decide if JJ is innocents or guilty.

Not so. Point out to me where I stated this. I didn't. I have repeatedly written that JJ got an incredibly raw deal from the University. He was deprived of due process at about just every point he could have been during the University investigation. The criminal matter is totally different and has a different scope. Not playing football and not being able to leave Deer Lodge are two different punishments.

Now, I hope JJ gets a fair trial. I think his attorney is doing everything he can to make it as unfair as possible to the alleged victim, but that's my opinion. Others would cheer on his bravado, but his tactics make me sick.

JJ's attorney has no obligation to be fair to anybody. His (and her) only job is to win.
