I believe JJ is going to stay and fight it out. UM admin is exposed regarding the Coture handling of the "honor" court. He's a fighter and I think he has less to lose with the story getting out into the public domain than does the UM admin. Accepting a "deal" and leaving without defending himself would be like admitting guilt; I don't see him doing that.

The rest are sophomores or RS Frosh so they still have time. I'd assume if he didn't emerge in the QB battle at Stanford Picazo could be the guy infiltrator is talking about.

Even if he "wins" this will be a cloud over his head for as long as he is Griz football player. He'll be answering questions about this long after he is sick to death of the situation. He still has two years to play and a red-shirt to burn. He can go somewhere, study for a year then have two solid years to play without much of the past drama. As much as I really want him to stay and duke it out, I can't see someone in his position wanting to put up with the crap that will come with it.

The reason I mentioned the Utah kid is he is a dual threat guy, dad played b-ball at Weber so they know the Big Sky, just back from a Morman Mission so he's a little older, but your assumptions might be more spot on in terms of playing time. I would think academic major would also be an issue with a junior level transfer.
