Was today’s game just a gamesmanship move?
Think about it for a moment.

1: Bobby knew it was very likely both the Griz and MSU get a seed going into the playoffs.

2: We saw a vanilla showing on offense and defense with really no halftime adjustments. Not the normal for the season at all. However, we got to see the Cats lay out all there cards in the table with reverses etc.

3: Bobby knows it hard to beat a team twice in the same year. He also has to realize the Griz more than likely will meet up with the Cats again as we know the playoff committee likes to keep the first couple rounds as regional as possible.

4: It’s also likely the Griz get a higher seed than the Cats because of strength of schedule.

So as much as I would have liked to have beaten the Cats today. I would much rather end there season if it comes down to it. To top it off that could happen in WaGriz!

A playoff win over the Cats to me would be a even better win!
 
Naaaa we just got our asses kicked and didn’t play very well doing it. Also, it’s funny how many holds and pass interference calls the Cats get away with, not that it would have mattered a ton.

We were 100% trying to win this game, win the conference, and get the #3 seed.

We were unable to do that because the cats didn't let us.

That's it.
 
Well, if this loss was gamesmanship on Bobbie's part - two things:

1. He executed it perfectly and

2. If it was a gamesmanship loss, he should be sent down the road tomorrow.
 
It certainly looked like the coaching staff didn’t prepare to win but I doubt that was the plan going in.
 
Is weed publically available out there? Holy shit no. Let's just admit it. That wasnt a behind a woodshed beating.
They took us a mile behind the woodshed, down over the creek. Through the reeds, and dumped us off at the reclaimed gravel pit.
 
Good grief! If I remotely thought this was gamesmanship I would be totally pissed off. This was all about msu beating the tar out of us. Nothing more and nothing less. We weren’t ready to take the field...period!

Very simple Oregon. They beat the crap out of us. They were the better team today. We don’t need to fire any coaches as we simply got beat......bad!
The only thing I wonder about is Bobby’s comments a few days ago.
