So how many ...

of you think the "victim" will receive the justice she deserves and the "defendant" will get what he deserves?

Or was that "too prejudicial"?

Time for a banning for you and your scum cat buddies, don't you have some animals or small children to torture??

msuhunter: fluent in old movies?
From "The Professionals," (1966)...

J.W. Grant: You bastard.
Rico: Yes, Sir. In my case an accident of birth. But you, Sir, you're a self-made man.

Something about your posts that conjured up that scene. :troll:

Now that this "thing" is going to trial I wonder what difference its going to make. Given all the pre-publicity many of those people who think JJ is innocent will still feel he is innocent regardless of the verdict and he will become the victim. For those who are convinced he is guilty will still feel he is guilty regardless of the verdict and will trumpet what a gross miscarriage of justice this whole process is.

My question - Does anyone win in this situation?

No, just trolls with agendas.

Who wins? How about all the woman that won't get raped because of heightened awareness?

Dear brain dead one, no one here is in favor of the abuse of women, go back to your games, sure shows the depth of your reasoning. GTFO.

Gwen... is that you?

Again, all class. I think that heightened awareness is a good thing, no matter the climate. If women and men are knowledegable about these things, the liklihood of them occurring again is minimized. That's a good thing, even if Gwen Florio states it. It's a good thing if Dave Dickenson states it. It's a good thing if God states it. So what in the hell is the problem with heightened awareness again?

And the cost of that "awareness" isn't too high for you? Regardless of the trial's outcome, you're willingness to see victory in a case that's already wrecked the lives of two young adults is disgusting.

Gee I sure hope so - whatever the outcome. Our justice system is not perfect but we get to live with its flaws nonetheless. I have yet to see anything better. Of course, our kitty brothers prefer vigilante justice when it concerns a Griz athlete. That is just an indicator of their best efforts to overcome their inferiority complex. Keep at it. Counseling can also help.
