Given all the pre-publicity many of those people who think JJ is innocent will still feel he is innocent regardless of the verdict and he will become the victim. For those who are convinced he is guilty will still feel he is guilty regardless of the verdict and will trumpet what a gross miscarriage of justice this whole process is.
My question - Does anyone win in this situation?

Flushed twice and you are still here... impressive shitmsuhunter said:of you think the "victim" will receive the justice she deserves and the "defendant" will get what he deserves?
Or was that "too prejudicial"?

Gee I sure hope so - whatever the outcome. Our justice system is not perfect but we get to live with its flaws nonetheless. I have yet to see anything better. Of course, our kitty brothers prefer vigilante justice when it concerns a Griz athlete. That is just an indicator of their best efforts to overcome their inferiority complex. Keep at it. Counseling can also help.msuhunter said:of you think the "victim" will receive the justice she deserves and the "defendant" will get what he deserves?
