give credit where credit is due and consider the fact that Criswell might just be this years Big Sky MVP? I realize that he has some season left, but I don't believe in jinx only in talent. I am not saying he is hands down the MVP, but his name belongs in consideration. One of the best Grizzly seasons ever. I am bias, but he has my vote, and this should be discussed.

I agree but, one thing that will hurt is the fact that he plays with Virg and Strait two great players in their own right. Some players have had to carry the load the whole year the Griz have been a "TEAM"

That is the one thing that has kept this from being an issue this year. The Grizzlies are a team, and without the entire unit, they do not get to 20 wins this year. I agree that we need to be careful with MVP talk (even though I instigated it), but it is about that time, and like I said, even though he might not be the handsdown MVP he belongs in the thick of things. If he does win it, he certainly earned/deserved it. If they make it to the NCAA's I say you give the award to the whole squad. No primadonna's this year baby!

Criswell or Strait. Both have been the foundation of the Griz so far this year.

If the BSC MVP is a Grizzly -- it would have to be Criswell.. no doubt about it. Virg's slump drops him from consideration, and a substantial portion of Strait's production can be attributed to his supporting cast.

Criswell just gets it done -- and creates a ton of his own offense.

I'm not too sure the BSC MVP is a Grizzly, but if it is ..... it's Criswell in my book. :twocents:

i still think if the mvp goes to a griz it's strait. but you know how the bsc goes. and who could argue if ya give it to cris? btw...nice win tonight. damn i cant wait for a team to cheer for! damn cats!
