That kid should miss multiple games for that.

But its the BigSky so he will not.

Probably him and sandry both if they did their jobs. Both very unnecessary dirty plays.

Does anyone have video of the Sandry play? I have heard a lot about that play and something Buss did as well.

The difference being what the UC Davis player did could actually kill someone, so no not the same.

Never said they were the same, just heard that Sandry and Buss also had dirty plays. I didn't see the Sandry and Buss ones, so was wondering about the veracity of the claims on those plays...I agree that this hit on Sneed was very dirty.

Shared by Shaun Rainey. I don't even recall seeing him get hit/kneed after real-time.

A standard Connor Strahm move...please...don't try to act like the griz do not, have not, will not, do the very same! :coffee:

I'm sure not, by no means are the Griz holier than all others. From the video though it was good to see #55 in this possibly move quickly to help Sneed.

Strahm was not a dirty player. Just BS from Cat fans like yourself. Stop with the nonsense. Also, Strahm doesn't play for the Griz and never played for Hauck.

Nope, think you are wrong. A myth. I believe 2 personal fouls as a junior. Don't recall any as a senior, but maybe one. He was a talker, not a dirty player, is my recollection. I will ask PR to text him.

Hey dumbass...go ahead and look around at the multiple posts chastising Sandry for the leg twist....and the multiple threads on here last year about Strahm's type of play...

Wooosh!

Nobody here has ever acted "like the Griz do not, have not, will not do the very same"...in fact, we call out our OWN players when they pull shit like that. Just like we did on Strahm last year, and Sandry's questionable play this last game. So yeah, if some jackass pulls a bush league stunt like that we're gonna throw some fucking mud. Go back to 'scat nation and wallow in your own mediocrity.

I didnt see Buss play...I saw Sandrys, it was dirty but not any different than stuff that happens every game with every team at the bottom of a pile.

For the sake of argument we’ll agree that blows to the head can kill someone and breaking a leg likely won’t. However I guess if we’re gonna be over-the-top extreme I guess I could say trying to break someone’s leg could create a blood clot or something terrible and lead to death. Both pretty extreme scenarios.

That said...you know what you can do to not even be in the discussion of causing serious injury or death? Don’t do bush league, dirty shit on the football field. Dirty is dirty. Both could have caused serious injury and luckily neither did. But let’s please not start comparing obvious dirty play in order to condemn one and not the other.

They were both blatantly dirty. Both could cause injury and I suppose death....and both should be punished regardless if one happens to play on your favorite team.

They were both dirty yes, but the severity is not even close to on the same level. I have seen legs, ankles get twisted at the bottom of piles in nearly every football game I have every watched. I can remember maybe one or two times that Ive seen a flying knee to the back of a defenseless players head laying on the ground......these are not the same by any means.

Its not mediocrity, they are playing early coaching extension quality football.

Just confirmed with Strahm that he had zero personal foul penalties last year and 2 roughing the passer penalties the year before. He said he drew about 6-8 personal fouls during that time. He's coming to Griz-Cat. He wanted a dirty player.

you don't think goading someone into a personal foul doesn't entail dirty play? i do.

Nope, don't consider talking to be dirty play. I consider talking and trash-talking to be part of the game in the last several decades. In most games, there is a lot of talking going on.

i agree with your statement about talking, but strahm did more than just talk to get others to commit personal fouls. stuff like arm twisting, etc...

That was a flying knee any MMA fan would be proud of. I don’t see what the issue is. Oh wait, they’re playing football. Would UC Davis had won on the spot if Sneed got knocked out?

Nothing to see here, its just football.

You ladies need to quit looking for every reason to make football less watchable. Everyone was going for the ball and you really have to take a flying leap to think there was any intent there.

Its a physical game, quit being lame

The Davis guy came in very late, and he wasn't going for the ball. He went right at Sneed and his head/neck with his knee. He stopped right after he hit Sneed. Made no attempt for the ball. Your post is wrong on the facts and just plain stupid. A comment a "girl" who doesn't know the game would make. Not including GN or Eruil in this comment.

I suppose there are those who would have been more upset if the cal davis player would have busted his knee and blamed Sneed for targeting his knee with his helmet......
