I was just picking up my UW tickets and bumped into someone who I'd think has a good pulse on if the game would be in jeopardy because of the smoke. His answer, "game on."

It's not going to be cancelled.

They will if it get as bad as Seeley is right now. 513. Holy Gawd.

And they maxed out at 955 this morning. Unreal.

Seeley has been insane for over a month now, I don't know how anyone can live there. In Helena, a lot of people like it when it's in the "Unhealthy for sensitive groups"... When I'm at a stoplight, I look at the cars turning left, and half of them have their windows down.

It would be helpful if the agencies were actually trying to put the fires out.

I believe the below link is the same link as in the article. See the reference to cancellation of events at 150. In my experience, the school district has cancelled events where the air quality was below 150 too.

It was 168 in Missoula at 1pm.

This is what was said in the Missoulian around the time of the NDSU game in 2015.

"Montana's head trainer J.C. Weida says athletic directors from both teams will meet on Saturday and decide what to do if the air quality is still "very unhealthy." Earlier this week, associate athletic director Chuck Maes told the Missoulian the air quality would have to be "really, really, really bad for us to shut it down."

Under the old superintendent, and a couple of the ex athletic directors at the high schools, they would cancel it if someone farted... It got to the point of ridiculous.

Just read this to my wife, and mentioned who you are, and she is still laughing. We agree. AD Hasquett, who I talked to about this a number of times and who passed along my emails, and analysis, once told me that the Asst Super at the time, once told him that "that lawyer PR was on his ass".

The Hellgate/Big Sky soccer games apparently were played yesterday. Surprises me. Would not have occurred several years ago while the prior Super was here. Don't know exactly who was calling the shots then. Don't think it was Hasquett. Think I omitted you from my hall of fame list; my bad.
