It's called spam....and I agree with Ursus. Just block them, and you wont see.

I would assume that they addressed rule #5. I wouldn't be surprised if eGriz is getting some sort of financial kickback for waiver of that rule.

I am glad you see it the same as me....and if administration wants them to "advertise" they should have them buy the ads...not embed in topics .

The admin of this site doesn't care. Don't like it, keep on scrollin'. A lot of people put money and time into eGriz and Skyline, and it doesn't appear that you contribute a single dime to any of this, so of course you don't care that bills still have to paid for these services.

Why can't posters actually read and understand things, like this rule? "5. Unrelated Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation without prior consent from forum administrator." Note the "consent of the administrator" wording. I'm pretty good at reading stuff like this. I should have gone to law school.

Just like he doesn't care if people post articles from the Missoulian, GF Trib, etc. What we don't allow? Personally, I have never seen an ad on EGriz... or YouTube. But, I have recently started seeing ads on Facebook. I may have to stop using Facebook.

Oh yeah, sure it does! Is this why back in August Chris and the Mods rejected the marketing of my Pay-Per-View site, "FCS: Three Knuckles Deep". The ONLY FCS website that provides weekly game analysis and predictions based solely on individual and team hand size. Last week I beat Phil Steele's Betting Guide.

Reread my original post. I already covered that. But just do a rewrite of the rule, avoid all this BS.
