On the one hand, that didn't work out very well for Brandon Kaufman.
On the other hand, if Kupp stays next year, he'll turn 24 years old a few weeks after the 2017 NFL draft, so staying another year doesn't do much for him other than give him one less year to make NFL money, and one year older compared to get professional coaching. What left would he have to prove if the NFL is a goal of his at EWU?
