With the class the Griz put together maybe Brekke will come to his senses, pull a Brekke and come back to the Griz
That would then be a "double Brekke" which would almost certainly push the process to the brekking point.

My question comes from an old advertising slogan: "Where's the beef?" This list of recruits is wieghted heavily toward the so-called "skill" positions, but we all know that games are really won or lost in the trenches. I'm just not seeing much in the way of reinforcements on either side of the line, and that concerns me. A few key offensive linemen can turn a so-so running back into a First Team All-Conference player---we all know that, don't we??

The Griz were heavy on the beef last year and most of those big dudes redshirted. The coaches must have seen the greatest need in fortifying the skill positions instead. I do agree, though, that it is unusual to see so few hogs.

We don't know what we don't know...I'm not sure we're done recruiting and we don't have a clear picture of walk-ons or late transfers (JC or otherwise). We also don't have a handle on the potential departure of additional and current scholarship players. Isn't it possible that we've still got a few recruits "in the wings" and possibly more scholarship dollars to give?

Bjorn, you know full well that eGriz comments aren't based on what we know. They're based on what we think we know! :D
