EWU's lack of defense ... which has been a weak point all year ... cost them. Yes, YSU made some plays, but the Eags had chances for stops, and did not get them -- and all they needed was one, in the end.

Had hopes, just for fun, that EWU could keep the Missouri Valley out the to NC game. Oh well, unless JMU totally lays an egg, the title game was played yesterday.

Seems to me that EWU set a new NCAA all class record tonight. Not only most missed tackles by one team in one game, but also, I'm sure they must have also set the record for most yards allowed after contact by one team in one game !!!!!

And he broke a record that Simis had a part of, so maybe he shouldn't have been moved to WR and been the Griz QB.
