Don't want to burst anyone's bubbles, but I've heard much the same from some Big XII fans around here that may be more informed on playoff systems that you give them credit for. I think what he is really saying is Montana's legend may be inflated a bit by it's home field advantage, and to bolster his argument look at our 2-5 record in the chipper which is played on neutral turf.

Yeah, I agree. By the time you hit the final four, the higher seeded team gets the home game. They have earned it -- at least in theory -- and certainly as much as any BCS team has earned their season-end ranking.
