I am amazed when I read thru this thread. The student athlete code of conduct is pretty straight forward and easy to understand. Do people really think that Stitt sets the rules and lays down the punishment? For one thing Stitt needs to win as his job depends on it. If he knew he could keep any good player from being suspended don't you think he would do whatever was in his power to keep that player on the field?
I think the Griz athletic department has had the NCAA and DOJ breathing down their throats so sure they will be walking on thin ice. Also not one person here knows exactly what JS has told the coach or the AD.
