Sean Miller's Contract

Being there is a good thread about the NCAA, schools, players scandal, here is something else I found interesting. Tell me how much sense this makes to you?

ESPNU radio was discussing why Arizona has yet to officially "FIRE" Sean Miller? Guess what, Miller's agent is likely the greatest agent ever. Seriously, his contract pays him around $5,000,000 buyout for a "No Cause" release, and around $10,000,000 for a "Just Cause" buyout? WTH kind of sense does that make? Also doesn't this kind of contract actually encourage a coach to go more extremes and push the envelope further?

In this case, I am questioning the decision makers at the U of A. Seriously, why would any AD, President, Board, Commission (not sure who the decision makers are at the U of A, or how they conduct business), etc approve something like this for anyone at any position? I would think everyone involved in agreeing to this kind of contract should be losing their jobs as well.

This makes me wonder what kind of contracts other high end coaches have? What can the schools do in cases like this to right this wrong? I wonder what more this scandal will uncover and who will be uncovering everything? The ESPNU hosts on "The 1st Team", seem to think, at some point the IRS will get involved. After all, they indeed will be going after the money they are supposedly obligated to.

I'm really not sure, if the FBI bringing this down would be good or bad? How ironic would it be? The FBI can uncover everthing in an NCAA scandal, but they cannot properly investigate and reveal numerous Political scandals and crimes?
