First of all, it does not sound like he divulged any secret information. They made a movie about it for goodness sake. This has been publicized endlessly. Secondly, everyone has tried to profit on this. Even the guy that 54% of Montanans voted as their state representative (Zinke) has taken every opportunity to remind people that he was a seal team 6 member. As far as benefits are concerned, everyone knows that you have to do 20 years. Unless his beef is about his VA disability ranking, he really has no grounds. The VA has reportedly been under reporting PTSD over the past years and had some unqualified people making those decisions.

If you are a combat vet you can get VA benefits without being disabled or doing the full 20.
