Is sdsufans.com their only fan forum? Because if so I'm surprised - It's pretty dead over there.
And they have multiple fan podcasts, and seem to have some really vocal fans on Twitter etc but then their fan forum is a ghost town. It's a paradox.SDSU is odd. Nobody goes to their home games either, their fan site is dead but when they hit Frisco there are 15-20k fans there. Triple what they seem to get at home games. They averaged 8200 fans this year and I think that number is skewed. When you see the stands there is no way that many people show up for any game except NDSU
It’s South Dakota. I believe most still rely on landlines. Is sdsufans.com their only fan forum? Because if so I'm surprised - It's pretty dead over there.
Party lines I betIt’s South Dakota. I believe most still rely on landlines.

If Griz coaches took our advice they would be 1-11, not 11-1.This must explain their sudden decline. They don't have a fan forum like eGriz to ensure the ship is heading in the right direction.
hate to break it to you, but you are wrong. 'quick research' shows egriz went online february 3rd, 2001, and later that year, in december 2001, the griz beat furman for the national championship. so i guess that means egriz was responsible for the griz winning their last nc.Quick research shows that Montana hasn't won a NC since eGriz went online. Coincidence?
Fan forums are dying out, to be honest, especially with younger people. Other than a couple of dudes here that are at or around college age, I think I'm one of the younger folks here and I'm pushing 40. I had a coworker not long ago come to me and see Egriz, and he was like "whoa, what an old school forum! I haven't seen one of those in years!"And they have multiple fan podcasts, and seem to have some really vocal fans on Twitter etc but then their fan forum is a ghost town. It's a paradox.
You're absolutely right. Kids aren't on forums these days. They're on Twitter (increasingly less so, though) and other apps.Fan forums are dying out, to be honest, especially with younger people. A lot of the SDSU discussion is found on Twitter and Youtube comment sections. Their subreddit is pretty dead, but a lot of them talk on r/FCS.
Jeff you are so silly!! Oh my God!Same year is what I meant silly! This point still stands.
Okay I hear about this all the time. What is a discord server? You're absolutely right. Kids aren't on forums these days. They're on Twitter (increasingly less so, though) and other apps.
To be fair, if there was a Griz fan Discord server with solid numbers, I would probably spend all my time in there as opposed to here, and I feel a lot of younger Griz fans would, as well.
Its a server where you can post things, comment on things, it's capable of voice chat and sharing your screen. Lots of gamers use them.Okay I hear about this all the time. What is a discord server?
Maybe it has something to do with every single legitimate discussion here being hijacked by the same half dozen boomers having a pissing match every time?Fan forums are dying out, to be honest, especially with younger people.
