SCRIPPS SPORTS vs GRIZ D - whose worse?

Who loses this head-to-head matchup?

For those of us not fortunate enough to be at the games, we’re relegated to “watching” it on TV. Boy, it’s worse than being water boarded.

1) They should take away the camera dudes zoom buttons! Only allow 1 camera to zoom in. The rest stay zoomed out. Better to be too zoomed out than too zoomed in. We like to watch football, not watch some jersey, framed with a lil bit of green turf, fill up your screen doing what looks to be running down the field (can’t see what’s going on so I’m not sure what the player is doing)…

2) Please stop zooming into players’ tits (nod to marty), coaches tits, and refs tits the entire time the ball is dead (and sometimes even during live play they’re still stuck on a player). I get that’s what the big leagues do (espn, cbs, abc, fox, etc.) but they do it in a much more palatable way and they don’t zoom in so tight - and many times when a real production does it you can still see a lot of the field or the entire huddle or all the players while they’re still capturing the player of concern’s reactions - and they do this much less often; maybe after every 2 or 3 plays they focus on 1 player - not after every single play!

Sometimes it’s ok to have more than 1 player fill up all 72” inches of a TV screen. Otherwise it’s like “watching” an entire game with your head in the sand - no idea who’s on first or what’s on 2nd.

Did they hire some middle schoolers off the street to run the cameras? What about the producer - is s/he partaking in too much pregame tailgate festivities?

Do any of them ever watch their own film, or watch a real production and take notes? Do they even know what football is???

Is there some way we can address this? Does the main dude(t) even know this is going on? Anyone know anyone inside scripps that can help address this? Or are we stuck “watching” with our head in the sand?

Seriously though, does anyone know anyone that has a hand in this “production” (camera guy, producer(s) in the camera guys’ ear, etc.)? It’s a simple fix. Hell, I’d volunteer to run a camera. It’s not hard. Just do not zoom in! Leave that up to the one camera that is responsible for close shots (since we do not have 18 cameras like FBS power 5 (4)). And ball on one edge of screen and field of play on the rest of screen.

You would assume the camera dudes knows which way the offense is trying to move the ball - no need to center the ball/shot; just keep the ball on left or right edge of screen… or does someone need to tell them who’s end-zone is who’s and what a touchdown is?? Should we tell the Griz D this too lol?
