scrimmage report?

Did anyone attend the scgrimmage?? any video or pictures? I see no posts on egriz about the scrimmage.

You might peruse the forum "Montana Grizzly News" . There is usually some pretty good stuff there, including articles on the scrimmage.

I concur, is nobody else in Missoula interested about actual Griz football besides BW? Jake Dellaserra was the 2nd leading reciever, how does he look? Any other walk ons standout? What about the other QBs besides JJ?

the offense is fast, fast to the line, fast play calling and had the defense on its heels all scimmage long.

the defense will have to get a lot of one/two positions figured out. both the Montana and the Kal. kid, were looking good running offense. Our defensive secondary is a big work in progress, slow to pick up wr routes, slow to the ball, ...lots of work to do there.

D ends and Linebackers are a good, steady and deep crew. MIddle down line guys looked small and our huge oline pushed them around.

kickers look pretty decent, I think we will be okay....

Jake D tore up the Class AA football fields his Junior and Senior seasons, and shows up often on Butte High record books for yardage, receptions, ect. He's also a multiple-time state champion wrestler.

Needless to say he's a hard worker, and will make plays...(he belongs).

appreciate comment but my 1 minute take pales in comparison to the depth of BW....ps I feel very good about our offensive side, especially this early....and if JJ is back to stay we are in great shape!
