Reading the tweets, it's sounds like we're in deep shit if Gus goes down...

I'm not sure if any of the QB's get the offense out of the muck....
Luckily they won't be playing many defenses like ours.

I think many people are giving the offensive performance a pass based on how good they think the Griz defense will be.

I think to many people are giving the offensive performance a pass because of there projections about the defense.
I'm not doing that, but it is a pretty tall task to break in a brand new system against a unit like this.

Coach Stitt says can't have people tweeting trick plays and injuries from practice. That's the reason he's shutting it down to media.

Anyone know why Gustafson didn't play much?

Think it had all to do with getting reps for everyone else.
If true then having enough confidence to have your starting QB essentially skip a practice has to be viewed as a good thing. Or you are so worried about the backup you are willing to take the risk. Perhaps some of both?

Because if the Griz lose Gustafson, they'll have to change the game plan to finish above .500. That ain't happening. Gus is the key.

so you are saying 6-5 with Gus and 4-7 without? ;)

It's Because Stitt doesn't want ronnie ash and all the other lil brother fans and their paid media mogals, to know for a fact that the kittens will get totally blanked again.......

Griz fans have been prepared for a 4-7season for the last five years. Lets see, torches(check), pitchforks(check), tar(check), feathers(check), pole(check). We're good.

I make this amazing pasta salad that I'll bring. You'll love it!

My guess with Gus is is a lock for #1. The quicker Stitt can pick # two and three the quicker he can get them up to speed and quit wasting valuable time having them compete with each other. That's what I'm getting out of the comments Stitt has been making at least.
