Schillinger placed on IR

Falcons placed Shann on the IR today, unfortunately he won't be able to play or practice this season. But he does get paid his full salary for the season. The Falcons must really like him by making this move.

Lex was also cut by the Vikings, but I would imagine he gets picked up by another team or makes the practice squad.

Bummer for Shann. Doesn't, or didn't, Hilliard play for the Vikings? "Notable Cuts: RB Lex Hilliard (4th year, Montana) Hilliard was considered the leader for the 3rd running back spotearly in camp, but was passed by FB Matt Asiata, who moved to tailback and had a great preseason." Bummer for Hilliard too.

Sambrano was also placed on IR

Interesting... It's to bad Sambrano won't be able to play this year. But it shows that the Colts have him in their future plans, since they chose to go the IR route and avoid losing him to another team.

Colt Anderson made the Eagles roster, despite not having played in the pre-season games.
