Why would congress worry about safety until everyone who uses steroids is in jail? Exposing cheaters is far more important than safety.

I think that congress has a lot more on their plate they should be dedicating their time to. Is steroids in sports really more important than securing our borders? Is it more important than Social Security?
IMO they shouldn't even be involved in the steroid thing and if you didn't notice I was being really sarcastic when I made my post about safer skates.
