I've been to plenty of movies and no one has ever been killed. It's not a coincidence.

On an unrelated note, I bought a CZ SP-O1 9mm a few weeks ago. Just starting to break in (300 or so rounds thru it so far). Hasn't jammed, slide is very smooth and ergonomics are perfect for me. 15 round clip is nice too (actually I'll have to check on that, I guess I haven't counted). Tactical features (glo in the dark sights, utility rail for flashlight or laser sight, ambidextrous, etc.) are well thought out and make this what I consider to be the best handgun in its class under 650 bucks.

Yep, definitely a nice shooter. Like most semi-autos, it's double action on first pull, single action subsequent pulls. I assumed I'd have to have some trigger work done but at 8lbs or so at double and maybe half that (or less) at single, I don't think I'm gonna change a thing.

Hope it becomes a federal case (soldiers and all) so they can send him to the supermax just up the road in Florence. They will keep him in a nice 8X10 room 23 hours a day let him out to his attached cement walled exercise yard (10X10) an hour a day. With reasonable care food etc. He ought to last 50- 60 years. Sorry, but allowing this waste of skin to live our 50-60 years is not justice. Justice would be a very slow and painful public execution. Start by strapping the bastard down in a chair 1) cut off his fingers one by one with a bolt cutter then proceeding to his toes 2)cover his body with burns from a batman shaped branding iron 3) squeeze his chickenshit balls in a vice 4)stab him in the eyes with one of those wine bottle openers that uses pressurized gas to pop the corks....instead the eye balls would rupture 5) if he hasn't died yet, slowly lower him into a vat of acid (let him live out more of the batman fantasy) only up to his neck though...allowing him to drown would be to easy. This f#$%er needs to experience the pain and terror he inflicted on innocent people that they will live with for the rest of their lives. Perhaps people would think twice about cowardly actions like his if they knew they couldn't waste tax payer $ and years of time in the court system to allow them to live out life in the relatively comfy confines of a prison cell.

I can assure you that, if I were president, I would:

1) Impose a single 6-year term for the presidency. Then, the incumbent could spend his entire term actually running the country, instead of two years campaigning for re-election.
2) Make all lobbying of Congress illegal.
3) Impose a rule that Senators would have a maximum of two 4-year terms., and congressmen would have only one 4-year term, staggered so that 50% of them would be new to Congress every two years.
4) Limit the pay for Senators and Congressmen to $100,000 per year, indexed for inflation.
5) End all benefits/retirement for members of Congress. when they are done, they go back to the private sector from whence they came. They serve because it is an honor to serve your country.
6) Eliminate about half of the federal departments, including HHS, and EPS, as well as many others.
7) Institute a tiered flat tax, in which EVERYONE who earns income would have some skin in the game.
8) Replace Obamacare with a new reformed healthcare system, which would: !) allow transportability of insurance across state lines. 2) Create large regional insurance pools 3) require all individuals to be admitted into insurance pools, regardless of pre-existing conditions. 4) Institute tort reform to prevent bogus lawsuits and defensive medicine 5) create national "catastrophic insurance", to cover a very limited number of diseases. Would be funded by shared pay-roll deductions from employer and employee.

I dont disagree with a lot of things that you would to impose if you were President, but even if you were I think you would be toast. Many of those changes would require constitutional amendments (although I'm not a poli-sci major), and the others would require approval by a system that cant agree how to flush a toilet.
