Sounds atypical of Carroll football. My guess is that they don't have much game experience of hurry up O this year. I could be wrong, but practicing two minute O and executing two minute O are completely different. Who gets the ball next half?

Your comparing a coach that rarely loses and wins every NC game put in front of him to a coach who wins some conference games and gets outcoached and punched in the mouth at home EVERY YEAR.

MVD has earned some street cred and can do what he wants.

As for people calling for VanDiests job, those are probably freshman students that don't know everything he has done with that program. Any fan that has any logic/intellect would never say something like that. I don't know how many times I have watched NFL games only to wonder what in the hell the coach was thinking. You can't be perfect all the time. But for VD he is perfect more often than not.
