Montana has lost two straight games entering Halloweekend. The Grizzlies still have two top-10 teams on their schedule in Weber State and Montana State. I see Montana losing both of those games after watching the Grizzlies struggle during clutch moments in each of the last two weeks. A Montana team with four FCS losses and zero high-quality wins is not playoff worthy.

If this Griz team can't beat a winning team, they don't need to be in the playoffs! This one win over a playoff patsy then out we go sucks. I would just as soon not start in the playoffs if we can't do damage. Yes, I know the old adage, just get in the playoffs and strange things can happen. I am not a believer in this. We will be no worse than 8-3. I don't think we beat Weber State on the road but I do think we beat the cats on the road. We match up way better with them. We won't lose to EWU at home or Cal Poly.
