I guess if anyone needs proof that narcotic pain killers are addictive, they now have a poster child.

Sad. His dad is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I can't stand Ryan. The dude is a dick.

His brother was a dick too, according to a friend of mine who was class-mates with him at CMR. Maybe their dad truly is "nice", but it doesn't seem he passed along that trait to his off-spring. Perhaps he was too nice, and wasn't strict enough to make sure his douche-bag kids cleaned up their act.

Anyone that buys Ryan's book is promoting more bad behavior from this embarassment to Montana. This guy will NEVER get it, no matter what crap he spews in attempts to make a buck. DO NOT support this cancer.

Which brother are you talking about? Brady, the youngest is a damn nice guy. Why not just leave this family be?

I don't know him. I know many of his family members and I am sure this is devasating for them and they certainly don't need to be dragged through a message board.

Addiction is tough. It is hard to kick, even for those that want to. Relapse is not uncommon, and is in fact almost a certainty. Some people's rock bottom is even further down than you realize it and they have to hit it before they get better. Some people don't get better and end up dying from their addiction.

I hope he kicks it mainly for his health and well being, but also for his family and friends. I have been the family member in this situation and it just plain sucks.

Leaf was arrested again for the umpteeth time Monday after homeowners found him inside their place Sunday offering the lame ass excuse he "must be in the wrong house." After finding meds missing they called the police with a pretty damning description of our boy. You'd think by now he would have refined his MO better than to seemingly always be leaving his calling card behind.

Ryan Leaf has far eclipsed the basic definition of a loser. He is the poster boy for what happens when you combine drugs with an absence of character.
