maybe my memory has been clouded by today, but it seems to me that runs to the outside have been among the most successful plays against the griz this season, by several teams. going straight at the griz, with sims, olsen, lewis, etc, being so strong, hasn't seem as successful.
so i guess the question is, was a weakness exposed today that has been there much of the season, and will give fodder to our playoff opponents, given it hasn't been 'fixed' all year?
not basing this theory on stats (if they so specifically exist, and are publicly available), but just an impression formed during the season. anyone else see it like this, with covering the end-around being a griz weakness? it sure seemed like it today.
