Just curious? I know Stitt offense is pass first. What I don't understand is why Jeremy Calhoun doesn't get more carries per game. He runs one or two plays then off to the sideline and in comes Lee and he runs it one or two times. I remember Canada, Reynolds, Hilliard etc... running 25-40 times a game. If Calhoun is running it and gaining yardage each time why is he always alternating instead of letting him run it 25-40 times? Positive is positive I thought?

I have no problem with those two splitting carries. Lee has outperformed Calhoun in other games as well.

Perhaps to limit the number of potential hits to his head.

Durability. He was used primarily as a short yardage and goal line back his first two seasons. And it took a toll. He had an extremely severe concussion at EWU last year and missed the rest of the season. Heard it was so bad he considered not playing any more. He was held out of spring ball and limited in fall camp to keep him healthy. And now you see him sharing the work load more to ensure he’s able to make it through the full season.
