Rumored QB Transfer from Minnesota

I heard them talking about this kid transferring on Fargo sports radio a week ago or so, but they did not know where he was going, what they had heard is that he wants to stay FBS, but nothing was concrete. I watched this kid play against NDSU and he throws a nice ball and is physically huge for a QB. He also moves around ok for bieng as big as he is, but I would say he would fit better in a pro style/west coast type of offense, meaninng I think he is more of a pocket passer. I think he would be a good get for you guys, but you may have to modify your offense a little to play to his strengths, which from watching him in a couple of games I would say is his ability to throw the ball, he is big and strong and can make all the throws, just not super mobile.

Oh Yaa, my brother-in-law up there in Brainerd watched him play and said he threw a really tight sprial. He said it was as pretty as the first walleye caught on the opening day of ice fishing season. Oh Yaa!

Sorry Herd, I just rewatched Fargo last week.

If there was going to be a drop-down wouldn't it be confirmed by enrollment at um in January?

did we have an offense this year?
Only when Pete and Canada were able to dodge the first 2-3 tacklers and break one off. Quite the offense that holds its breath every play hoping its jitterbug back can escape a tackle, and turns WR's into pulling guards.
