If the best thing about Montana Football in your mind is a parking lot then you need to get your priorities straight. All you have to do is walk over to the other side of the street and you’ll be back in the tailgating zone. I actually think the grassy area back there where the GSA tailgate is at is the best spot for tailgating. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a tailgate in lot P before.

And I'm exactly the opposite. I rarely go to the grassy knoll, because its mostly corporate. The good tailgating is in Lot P and the street. Regardless, you're going to displace several hundred if not thousands of tailgaters for another useless building....makes zero sense.

I think its a plot to undermine the tailgaters in favor of the for-profit commercial guys. Moving these tailgaters 'a little' farther from the stadium is just a stop gap measure. Next stop, somewhere south of Miller Hall. Don't forget the space the Indoor Practice Facility will take up. Maybe Administration is planning on terracing Mt. Sentinel, or hollowing it out like Cheyenne Mountain to make room or all the new buildings on its wish list.

For those thinking this will be a useless building I highly encourage you to visit the MMAC as it exists now. The exhibits are fantastic, but due to space constraints they can only exhibit a small fraction of their collection. If they do this right this museum will be the pride of Montana

Regarding the parking garage, what’s the difference between tailgating on the top floor of the parking garage and a flat parking lot? You get a better view on the top floor I guess.
