I just don't see PSU doing damage in the dance this year. I think if they won the tourney they would likely get a 16 seed. They do have the 3 bombers to do some damage but they just don't have a good big to keep a top tier team honest.

I agree with you that WSU has the best shot at causing some damage come dance time. I think they have the best shot at a reasonable seed, too.
