ROOT Sports doesn't have a streaming option yet (they are planning to start streaming games next year). BWW is probably where you'll want to go if they air the game.

Yes stream it on DIRECTV Now. The Audience channel plays all Root Big Sky conference games. You can even get the free trial either 7 days or a month (with a promo code).
