Root Sports Great Falls????

Setting my DVR for the game tomorrow and Root Sports on Charter in Great Falls is showing college basketball, MSU at UC Santa Barbara at noon. Anyone else seeing this? Little worried now.

Ok so I have the Spectrum app on my phone. Just checked the guide on there and it's showing the game. I'm guessing (hoping and praying) is just a glitch on the TV.
 
Hope it’s just a glitch on the tv schedule but I am starting to sweat a little here. Charter Spectrum has been a complete nightmare here in a great Falls the last several months with long term outages and bullshit excuses. Hopefully they don’t fuck this up too. I have a bunch of people coming over and a pork shoulder on the smoker. They mess this up and there will be pitch forks and AR 15’s.

Spectrum has been completely unacceptable lately. I'm seriously looking at cutting the cord. If they do screw this up, they will have hell to pay!
 
I agree. The only reason I stay with Charter is because their internet is hands down the best of all other providers in the area. I will be switching both my home and business services if they mess this one up.
 
Called Spectrum. At this point in time the schedule on the TV is correct. They are showing the MSU basketball game and NOT The Brawl of the Wild on Root. After a few choice words on my part the person I was talking to put me on hold and then came back and said that they have had quite a few calls on this and it has been escalated. He said he can’t guarantee anything but that they are looking into it. No further info. He said the scheduling on the TV as it shows will be what is shown. Hope they get it changed or shits gonna hit the fan!

Me too Clark. The guy I spoke to was a total ass. He thought Root was a local channel and even said he had never heard of it. Said he was in Massachusetts, couldn’t have cared less.
 
Just a FYI

On Dish I had 412-16 "MSU vs UC Santa Barbra Basketball" set to record. ( the correct time and channel for Cat/fizz FB Game)

This morning they changed the guide to "Montana St at Montana Football"

It removed my original recording from the schedule and I had to reset the game to record.
