Remind me what the pay difference is between his old job at PSU and his current one? What parent wouldn’t do the same? Wish him luck and hope he continues to gain experience and has loads of success. How else will he be able to come back and take over the head coaching job at UM?

What is the recommended sentence for those charges?
And how many parents teach their children to work and inherit a family business or become the same pilot that gets to learn from the same company.
Success is trying to teach the same, the best way someone knows how. When you come from nothing, you sometimes want to try and help your children to do the same.
