They are deciding at this time whether to ship it back to the factory and have them go over every seam and inspect or fix the welds OR fix it temporarily on site as seams go through their break in period. He seemed rather annoyed and didn’t want to have this be a continuously ongoing issue as the company stated it was normal at first.

Kent - don't let them blow smoke up your a$$. This isn't normal. The school district my children attend has had a dome for 15 years with no problems. Ask for a list of previous clients and start making calls.
