You revert back to kemajic's question that you didn't answer. So how, by your calculations, do you explain 2023?
My version is that if you look at the result of "Hauck 2.0" you'll see results that a huge majority of FCS teams across the country who die to have. Let's have a look at it...

In 2018, we went 6-5 overall, 4-4 in the Big Sky and finished unranked in both polls.
In 2019, we were 10-4 overall, 6-2 in the Big Sky and finished 6th in the final Stats and coaches' polls.
In 2020, we were 2-0 and were not eligible for the polls since were didn't participate in the spring season.
In 2021, we were 10-3 overall, 6-2 in the Big Sky and once again 6th in both polls.
In 2022, we were 8-5 overall, 4-4 in the Big Sky and ranked 14th in the final polls.
In 2023, we were 13-2 overall, 7-1 in the Big Sky and ranked 2nd in both polls.
In 2024, we were 9-5 overall, 6-2 in the Big Sky and finished 10th in the final Stats poll, 13th in the coaches'.
That's 58-24 overall, a .707 winning percentage and 33-15 in Big Sky play with a .688 winning percentage.
Playoff teams in 2019, and 2021-2024.

Right back at you then; who's fault is that?
Hint: The same dude that recruits the players and always owns the bad and the good. Bob Stitt left us with straight $#!T and this program has fully turned around from that, but you want to fire the coach, tear the stadium down and cancel Christmas.

You put way too much thought and effort into a response to old. It’s not worth the energy. It’s like trying to rationalize with a three year old. Take notes from PR’s responses. Far more effective and a lot less trouble on yourself.

Who's fault we are not equal to or better than NDS? Who's fault we did not get an FBS invite? Cancel Christmas who said that ? I want to tear down the stadium, build it bigger and better. I am not interested in mediocre performances. I want better, let's try being like Boise state for example. You either go big or stay home.

Must be nice to live life with such a narrow minded point of view on things.

Pretty sure UM has had an FBS offer in the past in which they explored the ramifications and upside. Through due diligence it proved to be the right decision not to accept and move up given how the WAC imploded. Also little brother wasn’t anywhere close to being able to make that move at the time. Could have ended up just like Idaho and not like Boise State.

Given the whole goat rope and circus that took place and how it took a decade plus to get UM heading back into the right direction your questions should be easily answered as to why the FCS was ripe for a team to come in and take control.

He was talking to me and didn't respond to your dribble. His advice to me was leave it alone, so if you want, I'll add him into it too, but I doubt he'll waste his time. I think I will not waste my time further anyway because you are too busy trying to be someone else. We don't need want to be North Dakota State, South Dakota State, Boise State and above all not bozeman. WE ARE MONTANA! We don't need to be FBS and never have a chance to win another championship, LIKE BOISE STATE. Go jump on the bozo band wagon, I'm sure you're one of those that loves to have that conversation about being a fan every other day of the year anyway. I knew you were a No Dak fan deep down, so I am sure you celebrate another title for them along with your Eagles, Dodgers and Thunder.

Lets just face it, the Griz suck as an athletic program and all the football program is used for is a money maker for the school. The school makes money and has sucked the fans into providing more money to pay mostly second tear athletes. That's the bottom line. So go get yourself a participation medal if it feels good for you.

Whenever I read this ass hat’s drivel, I’m shocked that people are even responding to him like he is some kind of Griz fan. It’s insanely evident that he is a bobcat troll. There’s still at least five or six others just like him. Maybe even the same ones. Something is very wrong with those weirdos.

Speaking about the move to 9 conference games:
Having an odd number of teams playing an odd number of games means 12 teams will play nine games and one will play eight. That means six teams will play four home games and five road games, six will get five home games and four road games, and one will have four of each.

Really cool how, starting next season, the already terrible scheduling imbalances in this conference only get worse.

The Big Sky championship just gets watered down more and more.
