Riley Wilson, no. 16, is playing for AZ in Holiday Bowl, right now, 2d Q, SMU 21-0

The grass is rarely greener. I can't think of one example where a player leaving our program has truly bettered his situation, besides samouri, and I think he'd be in a very similar situation had he stayed. But I dont fault him, he graduated a griz, and covid messed with his senior year.
 
SMU is torching the Arizona secondary which are mostly bench warmers. SMU has over 200 yards passing in the first half.

A number of those departing seemed to have disappeared into obscurity, or worse. Wilson plays but I don't think is listed as a starter. 6th in tackles with 49. 4th in TFL (7). 2d in sacks with 3. Missed 2 early games with an injury.

Totally. On a mediocre team. Could've been a legend for the griz, probably a dominant senior year, playing in much more consequential games... instead, a random bowl game.
 
One AZ linebacker made their. team all conference

I see that the former Cat OL made first team all conference.
