Little strange so many people here are so fascinated by him. You reap what you sow, and have to live with the images you create. We as egriz posters have created demi-gods of a few fellow posters. The first that come to mind are PlayerRep, Growler1, and AlphaGriz. We have our own Poseiden, Zeus and Hades.....and our own Clash of the Titans.

btw...if this is him, he's better spoken then the image that many seem to think.

I have so much respect for the administration of the University of Arkansas for making a decision, and letting it be known to Razorback Nation the reason for their decision. I don't get why the University of Montana administration hasn't done the same. Any thoughts?

I would guess that the UM contract had a clause that allowed the University to to terminate, without cause. When you exercise a no cause provision, you do not stick your head back into the noose and give cause (reasons).

Arkansas had a completely different set of circumstances, and did not fire without cause. They had all the cause they needed, and were able to specifically state the reasons why Mr. Petrino needed to go away.

When MSU fired Kramer, had they exercised a no cause provision, the Big Human would have had a much harder time winning a lawsuit. MSU blamed Mr. Kramer, and he proved them wrong.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Where was the respect when they hired Petrino? Hiding behind the jets they were flying into Atlanta in the middle of the night to hire him?

The AD there is as big of ass-clown as Petrino. They climbed in bed together. Petrino got what he deserved. The AD will follow.
