Garizzalies evidently has qualms about multi-tasking, not willing to drive a couple hundred miles AND type us a report. Patience.

Wonder if the Ryan Leaf motivational speech session will satisfy the requirement that coach 3-Peat “must complete chemical dependency education and/or treatment course before license will be re-instated”.

Probably the most prophetic part of the article that came in this write up from before the Rose Bowl.
“We tried to teach him humility, the right things to say, but kids are their own person,” his dad says. The senior Leaf concentrated on teaching Ryan that the limelight comes with a price and that everything he did would be scrutinized. To this day, teachers and coaches will remind youngsters not to be “like Ryan Leaf.”
In his mind I think he thought it was just Montana that was unfair to him or hated him, but his time in San Diego proved that there was a lot more scrutiny from the world for throwing temper tantrums on the field, sideline or in the locker room.

Who the hell is this mystery woman who posted a video, which got pulled, and she now works in Milwaukee???
What actually happened in the Garza, Housewright, and Mix court appearances.
When are they scheduled back in court?
Just straight answers, please. The 'media' won't touch these three, so you, garizzalies, are our only source on information.

I pulled up the Housewright case and it shows his next hearing is 12/01/2023
garza's next hearing is 10/19/2023
both are for drivers license reinstatements.
so that is a relief we can all just put this behind us and move on...after 12/01.........

Aren't those considered civil petitions against the State? Where do you find the criminal cases?

yes, but it does show that there was just cause to suspend their driving licenses, so we know that part flew in court and was not tossed. If I lived in Bozeman I would walk in and request the information. pretty easy to do. I am surprised some of the lawyers on this site don't have buddies in bozo who don't have cases that could just request them. I guess maybe I could ask for donations to drive over and get the information and spend the night. Not sure why someone has not done that yet as much as it bothers some people. I actually think you could do it over the internet if you want to pay a fee. on another note they had already stated that Mix's charge was changed to a driving without a valid d/l which is super minor and probably indicates that his suspended d/l out of washington was for something like failure to pay a fine not a dui.
