it is common for cases to take an extended amount of time to get tried or adjudicated, nothing unusual about that. I don't ever remember 3 being a felony, you are probably thinking of 3 domestic violence charges being a felony. Speedy trial comes into play but both sides end up waiving the speedy trail. a speedy trial is like 6 1/2 months so again not sure this is unusual especially considering the case load on courts in any of Montana's bigger towns.
So 3-7-77 you are correct, dui's are misdemeanors in Montana on 2nd & 3rd offense. Not sure what that means for Garza, but I don't believe MT will count his awesome stats from other states. The rest of your post is either trolling or stupidity, but based on other your posts in this thread I'll give you grace that you're really not that stupid. You once asked if I was born an asshole - take a good look at your posts & ask yourself if there's even a hint of altruism in them? Maybe you should take a break. For the record, this collective group of griz fans who claim to loathe the Cats & all things Cats are running a thread about said Cats under the premise that drinking and driving is a bad, bad thing - which is absolutely true - but the truth of the matter, as some have actually admitted to, is that you have an unhealthy dose of schaedenfreude - and have fallen into the same pit of dispare Cat fans suffered through those many, many years ago. You all have collectively become the fan base you so often, to this day, blast & despise! By the way, this isn't a story anywhere else, just on Egriz. Hmmm, why could that be? Flack jacket going on now.....
