Yes with its new “culture”, MSdUi’s “trajectory” looks like the nose-dive I once saw a drunk bub-heifer take into a mud hole outside their stadias.

You guys are obsessive, but definitely creative!
I personally prefer Meet me at the Barza

Anyone else think it’s a bit too convenient to have this hearing during their bye week? Hmm.
8 continuations and counting = WAAC.

Did they have a hearing? Neither criminal defendant's cases show up on the Gallatin County Court calendar for today.

I think they got it postponed until the Griz off week so all of you can attend.
Sounds like he's loaded. Show up for court, drunk. Don't know if I should admire him or puke.garizzalies said:Got My Homey all Panda’d up and sent him into the hearing. The fix has always been in. Planned by some ambulance chasing, snake belly low defense attorney. Gawd! MSdUi has the aroma of my grandparents outhouse. :wtf: :shit:CDAGRIZ said:bigsky33 said:I think they got it postponed until the Griz off week so all of you can attend.
Do you think it might be noteworthy when one of the highest-paid government employees in Montana was supposedly scheduled to have a court hearing today and there is no record of it ever being on calendar? Try to take a step outside your fandom for a second and think about what's likely happening.
Idk, Homes didn’t come back out. Hopefully, he didn’t get arrested again. Otherwise there will be literally nobody to report on this.CDAGRIZ said:garizzalies said:Got My Homey all Panda’d up and sent him into the hearing. I just checked the MSU salaries and there are around 270 montana state university employees alone that made more in 2022 than either of these guys so no wonder they were drinking.... So if you go full state wide salaries they may not even crack the top 1000.....CDAGRIZ said:bigsky33 said:I think they got it postponed until the Griz off week so all of you can attend.

Interesting. Thanks for the info. I almost wrote, "one of the most visible", and I think that would've been more accurate. Thanks again.

I wouldn't even say most visible, I would not recognize either one if I ran into either of them at the store...or corner bar...I know it seems crazy but go look at the court dockets and it is not uncommon that cases can get dragged out for well over a year. Once speedy trial is waived then it can drag out for mucho time...

Yes, you are correct. It is not unusual at all for DUI cases to get dragged out well over a year. The court system has not kept up with the growth. Nothing to do with the court system colluding with MSU in this case.
Yeah, sure, 8 continuations combined and counting seems totally normal.bigsky33 said:It is not unusual at all for DUI cases to get dragged out well over a year. The court system has not kept up with the growth. Nothing to do with the court system colluding with MSU in this case.

It’s obvious you don’t know what you’re talking about because you never provide a link, just hot air, and you always downplay and excuse DUIs.
By comparing the drunk coordinators’ DUIs to common ones, you are downplaying/excusing.
They were not common DUIs—there were aggravating factors with both.
Moreover, the fact that they are public figures, in the same department, with incidents only months apart, and both are being delayed/buried is un-F’n-believable.
How is there a DUI hearin :thumb: g for one of your coordinators during your bye week and the only person to attempt to cover the story does not own a pair of matching socks?
