Some really nice looking hotels/casino rooms available in Reno beginning March 8th for $55.

We like to stay at the peppermill it is very nice with lots to do. If you want something more trendy try Whitney peak. If you have kids they will like the Grand Sierra, bowling alley,golf simulator, movie theatre and huge arcade.
 
UM Griz basketball tweeted that UM teams will be staying at The Edlorado in Reno. And also alcohol will be sold at games during the tournament. Tickets on sale now http://www.bigskyconf.com/tournaments/?id=374

Lived in Reno for a year and agree with this for sure. Atlantis has the best buffet if you care about that. Plenty of other hotels as well...standard fare Hampton Inn, etc. I stayed in the El Dorado once. Was just fine. there were some...lets say...women of the night...that were hanging around downtown as well.
