Reminded me of the (good ol???) 80s

As a certified member of the original zoo, I have some pretty wild memories of Montana basketball, circa 1972-to-early-90s therabouts. Simply because Missoula supported Griz Hoops by "being there." Last night I was reminded just how much a packed house can elevate the static electricity of a great game... which it was last night. Truly, the atmosphere was vibrating.... and... Both teams left it ALL on the floor. Classic.

Good job Griz crowd !   I remember waiting at the gates at around 4:15 - 4:30 on game day, so we could run in when they opened to get prime court-side seats in the Zoo.

Thursdays we would get there at 4 right after class, the doors would open 5:30 or so and we would rush the floor only to find the football team sitting in the first two rows waiting for us. :thumb:
