This is good sports reporting by Kyle Sample; a nice "inside look" of the kind that as a reporter I tried to do, and as an editor I was always very happy to get. It's a fun read.

There's more.Days after Marlon Stewart was promoted from Montana's director of basketball operations to assistant coach, he was sitting with head coach Travis DeCuire and assistant Rachi Wortham in DeCuire's office as the three discussed summer recruiting plans when the conversation turned to Stewart's new job and the responsibilities that came with it.
"I’m still figuring out the system and the rhythm," Stewart said. "How to go about a recruiting process and talking to the kid every day and talk to parents every day and coaches."
Stewart was then asked if he thought he would have to increase his phone’s data package to allow for the increased time talking with recruits and watching videos and monitoring social media accounts. Before Stewart could answer, Wortham, who previously sat with his eyes glued to his phone, took the opportunity to get in his first words.
“Yes! I am – that’s what I’m doing right now,” he blurted out, turning his phone to reveal an operations menu to increase his data plan.
