the last two western state games, both on labor day weekend drew over 25, 600, both are listed as sell outs on the archives page and are the 10th and 12th largest crowds in stadium history

And that means what??? An awful lot of the seats are empty (especially the east side.) over 19000 of those are season tickets, and the student tickets aren't figured in......

What I can't figure out is how the "sell outs" vary so much in size

I've only missed two home games since the stadium was built and 8 years before in Dornblazer (one I was having Heart Surgery and the damn doc wouldn't release me for the game (and I promised to come right back after)and the other I got bumped from that dang flight from SLC) Both were openers. I have never seen the stadium full for an opener.
