1-Should we fire Stitt & then Haslem because he hired Stitt? Is it time to clean house & start over?
2-If so, who could we hire that will guarantee championships? Because nothing other than a championship every year is acceptable. It can't be Hauck because he had the chance to win the championship 3 times & lost all 3. Why would all you Hauck lovers want a coach back that couldn't win the big one? Is there a coach out there who would take over this program that wouldn't be another "A little bit better than average coach?"
3-Should we try to hire Southern Utah's coach or Weber's coach since they had good years this year?
4-Since NAU has fired Souers, should we bring him back as HC or DC? As DC he helped us win the chipper in '95 with his strong defense. If he comes back to a superior program than what he has at NAU, can he be the one to bring back the next championship? Or should we hire Andy Thompson as HC (former Griz linebacker & current DC @ NAU)? He most likely will be available...he's a Griz, he can kick ass! Will Souers be retianed now that the AD is gone?
5-Since NAU has lost their AD, will Haslem take his old job back? He hasn't brought us a championship yet, so maybe he should admit this job is too much for him & vacate his position here. How many of us hate him for hiring Stitt?
6-Should we fire Stitt & bring back Gregorak as HC? His defense was superior today, maybe he's the one we should look at.
7-Should we give Stitt another 1, 2 or 3 year contract & let him play out his recruits? Will that work or just prolong the current agony?
8-How long should it take a new HC to be successful? Playoffs every year, win Griz-Cat every year? Championship every other year? Maybe we should define the criteria before any new contracts are signed. Just like the student-athlete code of conduct...if you get arrested it's a mandatory 2 game suspension. If the coach loses 2 Griz-Cat games in a row, you will be fired.

10-When Stitt leaves either by choice or being fired, will we be able to hire a top quality coach or will he turn the job down because the expectations to win here are too high?
