Grew up in Frenchtown, and from his other vlogs he says his family has been lifelong Griz fans with front row seats in the NEZ.

Agreed. Not too bad on either account.
Watched a HS game between Columbia Falls and Polson last year where the Pirates beat the Wildcats by one point in a high scoring game. The winning points? All came from the Pirate girl kicker. She kicked off too. Student at U of M now and wants to be a judge. I dig it when coaches bring on female athletes.
Botkin has definitely built a social media following during and after his time at UM. Started by posting trick shots and evolved. I’d imagine this clip was used to boost declining views?
As far as other females who’ve done this n in games, Sophie Cunninghams history of being named prom queen while serving as emergency kicker in high school came out after the WNBA stuff last week. More power to these girls for stepping up and taking these opportunities.
