Quote from Coastal Carolina fan

It took a few days but they finally got the joke.

From the CC site

"rokamortis: Not just loud, but cold and loud. The loud magnifies the cold which magnifies the loud. An endless loop of cold and loud and cold and loud ....

I heard it is like attending a Gwar concert in a 400 sq. ft. arctic ice cottage in your underwear."

They's not very smart down there, is they?

I sent a PM reply to another griz fan who PMd me over on that site. Randy read it, quoted what it said in the page "chants roll call" and tried to call ME out. hahha I guess that's just how he runs his site.
Wow, just wow. I guess that IS the way he runs his page.

Posts PM's between members? That's a pretty douchey move for an administrator.

Ya, I sent a pm to wagriz after he sent one to me. Randy read it, posted and quoted it in a thread then tried to call me out. I called some of their fans dense in the pm. I was upfront and said yep that's what I said......there is no need for him to have a power trip....he's just an admin on a fan board...a board with many 50 people

I don't think "Randy" understands the meaning of the word "private".

I don't mean to beat a dead horse here... but the local radio stations here in Butte are reporting 22 below as of 8:00am. When Montanan's think that it is cold... it is COLD...

24 below! T-shirt & peppermint schnapps weather.

An interesting statistic I saw on the TV the other day:

On average, Butte has 223 days per year that are below freezing. 8-)

This morning, about 3 am, the radio guy said Glasgow was -40. That must have been with the wind chill.

Some of the SFA players came back to Texas with frostbite after the 95' playoff game. If they can survive so can Mr Ross's delicate extremities.

It will be interesting to hear from Mr. Ross when he gets back to South Carolina and his "extremity" is shriveled and black!

which begs the question.... is it going to be cold enough so i don't need ice for my cooler? maybe Mr. Ross can give me a hint....

What a conundrum us griz fans have. September games trying to keep the beer cold with ice.....december games leaving the beer in the running car with the heater on so it doesn't freeze!!!!

100 proof peppermint schnapps for me on Saturday. 8-)

hard A don't freeze.....Fireball please

The fireball will be flowing for sure!

It looks like Mr. Ross's comment made it's way to an article in US Today's sports section!  read the comments.

Well when this starts hitting the late night comedy shows then the humiliation will be complete.

"If I may....my name is Steve Ross....yes I have a player on the team and I'm very proud of him and what his team has accomplished....who wouldn't be! But, REALLY does it really make sense for the NFL or NCAA to hold a Superbowl playoff game or Bowl game in almost Canada...Really @ below 0! I appreciate the home field advantage and the ticket sales but as long as were talking about the Big Sky perhaps Northern Arizona should have gotten the bye over Montana and what's up with (4) teams making it to the playoffs from that conference...this is suppose to be a reward for all teams from all conferences...cry all you want and point me out all you want as a whiner but I am also a realist...you are in for more game than you ever expected...these boyz from Coastal are pretty damn good and gamers too! Enjoy watching them...they are also a product of this great country the USA! For God's sake it's just a football game but if I listened to all that you up there had to say I would think it is a life or death situation in Montana. I have nothing but respect for the game of football and all those that love and have played the sport! My prayers are for all playing to remain under God's care and have no injuries! BTW...Stwfen Doogless his name is A-Ross or Alexander just get used to hearing it! Next time get your story right and do your homework. Have a Merry Christmas all of you in Montana and enjoy the game! Last time I checked we all have an opinion....you know the rest! GO CHANTS!"

Nancy needs to lighten up about his precious snowflake.
This Arctic blast extends down to almost Oklahoma, so should we reschedule all of the games from Ohio to Oregon and down to Oklahoma.
I don't hear Nancy whining when players have to play in 100 degree heat in the south during September and could die from dehydration.
Come to think of it, more football players have died of dehydration in August/September then they have of the cold in December.

Bwhahahaha! There is no way this is true. I think Griz fans are being trolled. There is no way a parent of a player on a team that is jacked to just be in the playoffs would be complaining about his grown man son having to play football in cold weather. It's just beyond the realm of possibility.
