Been thinking about the NIL lately.
1. Will you all be looking to take on advertisers for the pod now and maybe just redirect any profit to the NIL collective? Maybe you can do an "Always be Blading" shirt?
2. This might be more a question for Luke. A while back, I think at the beginning of the Cruzado reign, Bozeman made a very deliberate move to mooch off of UM's athletic success. Basically during every broadcasted game the Griz were involved in, Bozeman was throwing in commercials at every commercial break for their university and relying on prospective students to get confused on which Montana school they were watching. It seemed to work for them and then some. I have never understood UM's lack of "retaliating" in this manner. To this date UM is still not good in the marketing department. I have a senior in high school and after he did the "blanket" application for all montana schools, Bozeman sent an avalanche of media to him and UM was crickets at the same time. Even the NAIA schools sent more than UM. Luke, is this something you notice on campus? Do you know any of these people? Is anything being done to correct UM's woeful marketing department? Piggybacking off this, maybe they can do more to get butts in seats for these playoff games?
3. Any of you know why the Griz logo on the jumbo screen at the game last night was Blue and White? Mistake or was that so it matched the NCAA takeover of the boards??? Looked bad.
